Does a humidifier help gas heat and dryness?
The great thing about Rachel’s apartment and my apartment is that we get free gas heat. The insulation is awful, so the heat is running constantly (at least at my apartment), so I’m not sure what to do. I’m thinking that I need a humidifier. I don’t know if a humidifier in one room helps another or what. I would think that a small humidifier would help all around the apartment at least a little. I’d probably put it in the living room, until bedtime and then move it into the bedroom. I don’t want damp spots on the carpet, so I think I would need a warm moisture humidifier.
