Over the Rhine is a wonderful wife and husband band that straddle the sacred and the profane. Rachel and I have been listening to their 1996 Christmas release, The Darkest Night of the Year. Rachel asks me a few questions about the album, and I found the commentary above. I would repost the entire letter, but it is a graphic.
